Firma Italia produces a large range of dehydrated ready meals with typical Italian recipes: soups, risottos, pastas and tortellinis. In addition, Firma develops and produces many international recipes with great success. Firma Italia produces recipes under our own label and private labels in accordance with the rigorous and severe EC laws which regulate the food market.

The whole production process is certified BRC and IFS at the higher level. The raw materials and the final products are submitted to severe controls in our experimental kitchen and then successively verified with chemical and microbiological examinations in the internal analysis laboratory. Firma Italia exports over 70% of its production all over the world.
