Bertagni filled pastas combine age-old Italian traditions with 21st Century manufacturing prowess. Believed to be the oldest manufacturer of filled pastas in Italy, Bertagni was established in 1882 in Bologna.
Today Bertagni still produces only in Italy and makes lasagne, flat egg pasta and filled egg pasta in a variety of shapes and sizes while adhering to Italian gastronomic traditions. Our high quality range is designed to bring to the world the best fresh pasta experience money can buy, providing the customer “the closest thing to having a pastificio down the street”. Both frozen and fresh private label products are available for retailers’ top tier of products.
Bertagni is annually certified by leading auditors BRC and IFS and has obtained High Level certification five years in a row. Additionally, our company is U.S. Armed Forces approved.
