Acetificio Acetum manufactures Balsamic Vinegar of Modena in its facilities located in an ancient wine cellar dedicated to the ageing process, and in a modern plant where the product is bottled and packaged. The ageing facilities, amounting to 9 million liters entirely in wooden barrels, are the largest in the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena industry.
