Bertagni filled pastas combine age-old Italian traditions with 21st Century manufacturing prowess. Believed to be the oldest manufacturer of filled pastas in Italy, Bertagni was established in 1882 in Bologna.

Today, Bertagni still produces only in Italy and makes both flat egg pasta and filled egg pastas in a variety of shapes and sizes while adhering to Italian gastronomic traditions. Our high quality range is designed to bring to the world the best fresh pasta experience money can buy, giving the customer “the closest thing to having a pastificio down the street”. Both frozen and fresh private label products are available for retailers’ top tier products.

Bertagni is annually certified by leading auditors BRC and IFS and has obtain High Level certification four years in a row. Additionally, our company is U.S. Armed Forces approved.
