Believed to be the oldest manufacturer of filled pastas in Italy, Bertagni was established in 1882 in Bologna. Today Bertagni still produces only in Italy and makes both flat egg pasta and filled egg pastas in a variety of shapes and sizes while adhering to Italian gastronomic traditions.
