Pastificio Vietri SpA is one of the first pasta manufacturers in its area, a family business at its third generation.

Since its foundation Pastificio Vietri SpA has always been in the domestic and foreign markets and recognised for its historical continuity, its reliability and for its specific industrial vocation for traditional pasta specialities.
We offer more than 100 shapes, and our core production is the special, traditional shapes of pasta. Our production process is still the traditional one: extrusion by bronze dies and slow drying at very low temperatures. This process ensures quality and preservation of the organoleptic properties of ingredients.
We also produce organic, coloured, flavoured, enriched, wholewheat pastas upon request and are experienced in developing products for private labels.
