Fresh and dry pasta, olive oils, bakery products.

The pasta factory GR.A.M.M. Srl is located in Apulia, a sunny south region of Italy. We produce special dry and fresh pasta and potato’s gnocchi using modern production facilities but still following the ancient production processes.

We produce also Bread Substitutes such as taralli, scrocchiarelle and bruschettine. The absence of chemical additives and the use of our extra virgin olive oil as the main ingredient increase high quality and genuineness of these products and make them very peculiar.

We take care of quality in every stage of production: into the firm, in fact, there is a very equipped analysis laboratory which allows us to verify the compliance with standards. Our great satisfaction is to count among our numerous customers the main groups of the big distribution retail chains such as Rewe, Aldi, Sainsbury’s, Leclerc, Auchan.
