Coelsanus (the name comes from Latin, taken from the coat of arms of the village of Sossano near Vicenza and means ‘clear and paceful sky’) was founded in 1956 and specializes in the production of preserved vegetables.
Coelsanus is now one of the major producers in this sector, with an annual production (in the year 2001) of over 40 million jars and cans. The total area of the company site is 50.000 square meters about half of which is developed.
The question of innovation, while remaining true to the italian preserving tradition, has led Coelsanus to develop new ranges with unique organoleptic characteristics.
