- Bologna: “Sua Maestà il Nero” (award-winning mountain hard cheese), Cheese Tortas & more.
- Campania (near Caserta): DOP Mozzarella di Bufala
- Apulia (near Bari):Mozzarella “Fior di Latte” in different shapes (Nodini, …), Burrata, Giuncata, Scamorze.
The products with the brand “Vecchia Malga” are well-known all over Italy, with a strong and consolidated presence in the most important Italian distribution chains, in particular in the “fresh specialties counter” but also in the self service area.
Strong presence also in productions under private label.
