Pagani is one of most important Italian Dry Pasta Producers with more than 40 years experience and Large plant with 100.000 mtons/Year volume capacity. And a strong position in food service market.
Our Plant is located in north Italy. It has a high high automatization process, modern equipment, and can produce more than 80 different shapes of pasta.
We have a Partnership with a Mill in our area which gives us the ability to fully control the quality of our product, from durum wheat to the finished product.
All Pasta shapes are produced with the highest selection of 100% durum wheat. We use a special recipe to achieve a pasta that is high in protein and also “Al Dente”, an Italian standard.
Plant respects a “Total Qualità Process” with Internal Laboratory control as well as International Standard certification H.A.C.C.P. / ISO 9001 / I. F. S
