The De Nigris group, founded in 1889, produces and sells a wide range of vinegars: now passed down to a third generation, the true passion of natural products continues with the addition of innovative products to enrich the traditional assortment.
The De Nigris group is among the few to produce vinegar directly from the fermentation of wine and directly controls 90% of the raw materials used in their production; these are housed in tanks and wooden casks with a total storage capacity of 5 million litres. An additional 2 million litres of storage is available for finished goods.
Both of the facilities and procedures are certified as ISO9001, ISO14001, AIB (American Institute of Baking), BRC (British Retail Consortium) and IFS (International Food Standards).
Balsamic Glazé – Easy Squeeze Bottle
The idea of reducing balsamic vinegar to create a sauce came from the world’s most popular chefs. They found that the sweet and sour balsamic flavor was versatile and worked well for meats, salads, fruits and even as dessert topping.
Now De Nigris has created this line in a ready-to-use “Squeezy” bottle to simplify the cooking demands of chefs and amateurs around the world.
The success of the “Original” flavor has led the introduction of 6 new flavors:
Organic: for natural eating amateurs
White: which flavors the courses without staining the dishes
White Truffle: particularly recommended for first courses with mushrooms
Hot Red Pepper: a special touch for meat
Vanilla: which unique flavors fruit and desserts
Raspberry: an original and tasty topping for fruit and ice cream
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena - Octavia Bottle - “8 Stars” Quality
The ancient Roman named “Octavia” bottle contains a product of very classical taste. The design is exclusive and available in sizes of 250 ml and 500 ml.
The quality of this vinegar is the result of the meeting of traditional methods and advanced technologies. The product is the right density, has a sweet fragrance, and usually accompanies varied dishes, from the simplest to the most elaborate. It is good for appetizers, to enrich the taste of fresh vegetables as well as typical Italian cheese, such as Parmigiano Reggiano and Taleggio. It is also delicious on main courses, like rice or fish.
