The "Vallebianca dairy" is a company with a consolidated experience in the milk-cheese field; it is present on both national and foreign markets. The company uses exclusively buffalo’s milk for the production of the Mozzarella of Buffalo Campania D.O.P. (Denomination Origin Protected), following the disciplinary of production, established by the Tutelage Consortium.
The company is characterized by dynamism and innovation.
The dairy has obtained the "Buffalo Mozzarella of Campania" mark and the conformity certification from the C.S.Q.A. as well, the entity in charge of the supervision and check of the whole cycle of manufacturing according to the disciplinary of production.
The buffalo’s milk used for the production comes from stock farms scrupulously selected and controlled of the zone of Paestum, in Salerno- Campania, the best one of the D.O.P areas.
The buffalo’s milk is collected and worked every day under the guide of one of the partners who supervises and checks the various productive phases. Only the final phase of the moulding is mechanically executed.
