JOMI S.r.l. was born in the 90’s; it was the idea of two young entrepreneurs, the Campitiello brothers, specializing in the making of cheeses and charcuteries sottovuoto first, then in a protective atmosphere. Jomi’s production takes place in Sant’Egidio del Monte Albino’s factory, on a covered surface of 2.500 square meters. In a real short time also the new Salerno's factory will be ready to start working. This particular construction has been projected and realised in conformity with all the standards in the van, as far as the structural aspects and the used technologies are concerned.
