IGO was founded in 1969 as a manufacturer of packaging for the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and herbal medicine industry. It is characterised by a constant growth in terms of turnover, the technological content of its products and its presence on international markets.
During the beginning of the Nineties, it started converting its production to deodorants for small and medium-sized areas such as cars and the home, specialising in third party work, exploiting its experience in the printed paper sector using cellulose as the main impregnation support, joined later by other materials.
Two new premises were built in 1990, the first used as offices and the other for logistics. These were then extended in 1998 to create an assembly and packaging area.
The new factory was finished in 2003 consisting in an area of 1,000 square meters for the production of Medical-Surgical Products on the authorisation of the Ministry of Health.
Today, IGO is a consolidated reality in Italy with a presence in the most demanding and competitive foreign markets, thanks to its creativity, the innovation of the products it offers, the quality of its production process, its pre and post sales service and its flexibility in adapting itself to the needs of its customers.
