Where we are “the heart of Italy”
Our company is found in the valley of the Casentino National Park, one of the last biogenetic reserves in Italy. This valley, which links the city of Florence with Arezzo, is rich in culinary tradition and natural resources.
The company mission “Tradition and Innovation”
La Collina Toscana was born of the tradition of two families which for generations have found in the products of the land and of the forest the passion for their everyday lives. The company was founded with the objective to research and develop the traditional flavours of Tuscan and Italian cooking and give an appropriate and innovative image to that which has evolved through the centuries.

Constant research into flavouring techniques for the base ingredients of Italian cooking, using oil and vinegar, and special recipes created by prestigious Italian chefs, allow our clients to appreciate the difference fine condiments can make when using our products all over the world.
