DOP Mozzarella di Bufala

Apulia (near Bari):
Mozzarella “Fior di Latte” in different shapes (Nodini, …), Burrata, Giuncata, Scamorze.

The products with the brand “Vecchia Malga” are well-known all over Italy, with a strong and consolidated presence in the most important Italian distribution chains, in particular in the “fresh specialties counter” but also on the self service area.

Our products also have a strong presence in private label products.
