Production:
Fresh pasta, special and coloured dry pasta, fresh and dry organic pasta, olive oils, bakery products.

We operate since 1870 turning our production up to now mostly on the foreign market particularly in England, Germany and U.S.A. , supplying our products to leading chains of the Big local Distribution for which we realize their Private Label.
Milo’s Group is divided in three productive reality: Oil-mill Primeolive (production and bottling of extra virgin olive oil), Biscuit factory Meliora (production of bread sbstitute with extra virgin olive oil such as “tarallucci”, “bruschettine”, “scrocchiarelle (crostini)” in different tastes and the Pastificio.
Pastificio GR.A.M.M. is placed in the Apulia Region “Land of the durum wheat semolina of high quality” that guarantees the customer with high quality and right nutrition products.
We produce pasta following the antique processing with static drying at low temperatures (45°) for 15/16 hours. The taste is similar to the homemade pasta.
