BERTAGNI filled pastas combine age-old Italian traditions with 21st Century manufacturing prowess. Believed to be the oldest manufacturer of filled pastas in the world, Bertagni was established in Bologna in 1882 and won a gold medal at the 1884 World’s Fair in St. Louis.
Today Bertagni manufactures outside Vicenza, Italy and produces filled pastas and filled gnocchi in a variety of shapes and sizes while adhering to Italian gastronomy traditions. Our quality ranges from “the closest thing to having pastsificio down the street” to the budget conscious. Both frozen and fresh private label are available.
